What are the visiting hours?
We are always open to visitors.  We recommend visiting between 10 am and 8 pm.

Does each room have a television?
Resident rooms in our rehabilitation unit come equipped with television sets. For rooms not already equipped with a television set, we recommend that a small television set be brought into the facility for those residents who would be more comfortable with a TV in their room. All rooms have cable service available for setup.

How often will the rehabilitation staff work with my loved one?
Rehabilitation must be ordered by the resident's physician, so each resident will be seen according to their physicians direction. Our in-house rehabilitation staff works with residents Monday - Saturday, they would be happy to have you join them for your loved one's rehabilitation session.

Does each room have a telephone?
Every room has a telephone jack and can be setup with a personal phone with its own direct dial-in number to contact your loved one directly in their room, without going through a switchboard or nursing station.

Can I bring my family pet to visit?
Pets are always welcome at Lake Village. However, for the safety of our residents and staff we ask that you clean up after your pet and keep him/her with you at all times.
