Lake Village is conveniently located in Lewisville near the Lake Park Golf Course, easily accessed by Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village residents.  Our convenient location allows us to easily admit and care for patients from Lewisville Medical Center, Denton Regional Hospital, Denton Presbyterian Hospital, Carrollton Baylor, Grapevine Baylor, Baylor Regional Medical Center of Plano, Plano Presbyterian, or Plano Medical Center. Our relationships with many local doctors help us to offer a continuum of care, which allows us to address our residents needs emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally.

Our newly remodeled rooms have easy access to quiet outside patio areas. Every bed has its own phone, cable TV, and wireless Internet. We provide a caring community focused on meeting the individual needs of the resident.

From housekeeping and laundry to therapy, and from social services to nursing - our staff are all committed to maintaining and improving on our excellent record of resident care. Each staff member strives to live our 12 Principles of Care.

Our nursing staff creates a family-like support environment giving residents and family peace of mind and comfort. Our 24 hour, seven days a week, nursing services cover IV therapy, wound care, enteral feeding programs, restorative nursing programs, individualized care plans, and hospice. We also offer specialized programs to meet the individual needs of each resident including therapeutic diets, social services, discharge planning, and housekeeping services.

Residents at Lake Village enjoy a range of activities, developed to meet their needs, including exercise programs, adult education courses, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts, shopping trips and other excursions and of course our very popular candlelight dinners. We also offer regular religious services from multiple denominations as well as an on call 24/7 pastor.

Our in-house rehabilitation therapy team offers care for residents after hospitalization for surgery, or a serious illness. Our goal is to help residents recover so they can return safely home.
